Your nanny is employed and supported by Nanny Needs. We handle screening, training, scheduling, payroll, and ongoing support while building a care arrangement around your family.
Our nanny and infant care spots are limited and fill quickly. Securing your spot ahead of time is the best way to make sure you have child care when you need it. We can reserve care more than 6 months in advance, and it’s never too early to reach out. Once your spot is secured, we guarantee care on your agreed start date.
Newborn & postpartum support
Completely customized care and pricing.
Customized daytime and overnight support for your baby and your family during the first 4 months.
We consider your baby’s needs, your family’s routines, and the support you need during postpartum recovery. During overnight care, your caregiver stays awake to care for your baby while you rest.
Each family’s care is planned individually, with newborn care assessed and priced separately from our other nanny services.
Newborn care spots are very limited and in high demand. We recommend securing your spot during your first or second trimester so your support is arranged before your baby arrives.
Occasional Child Care
Child care for the times you need support without a weekly schedule. Date nights, appointments, trips to the gym, school breaks, and other plans are easier with a professional care team to turn to.
Spend less time searching Facebook nanny groups, coordinating different sitters, or piecing together care. Nanny Needs simplifies the process with screened, trained caregivers and ongoing scheduling support. We build familiarity with your family so occasional care can feel more consistent, too.
Occasional care families also receive priority for available regularly scheduled summer care spots.

We plan care around the children attending, the setting, and your event schedule. Children have attentive care and activities suited to their ages while parents enjoy the celebration or participate in the event.
