Founded in 2017, Nanny Needs supports families throughout Central Arkansas with dependable child care and a team to turn to. Our ongoing coaching supports our nannies in providing thoughtful, consistent care while giving families guidance and encouragement through each stage of parenting. Additional parent coaching is available for newborn care, feeding, sleep, care for multiples, daily routines, and sibling adjustments, tailored to each child's needs and your family's goals.

 

Our nannies are W-2 employees for Nanny Needs. We manage screening, training, family matching, scheduling, payroll, and ongoing support. Families and nannies have help as needs change. Nannies enjoy consistent employment while families are able to have one care solution in every stage of parenting.

 

We offer regularly scheduled nanny care from 5 hours per week to 50+, occasional care, and wedding and event child care. Newborn and postpartum support is customized, with daytime and awake overnight care, preparation, and optional consultations.

 

As a mother, doula, foster parent and lactation consultant, our Founder & Director brings practical understanding of family life to our approach. We value dependable relationships, gentle care, and helping families feel supported.
